How to make a payment

Online: codb.us/payutilitybill (pay or view bills and to stop, start or transfer service). Payments made after 4:30 p.m. are credited on the following day. To have a payment credited on the same day and to avoid a late fee, it must be made during business hours.
Drop off: In night depository drop box on the east side of City Hall
If your service has been disconnected due to non-payment, please call our office at (386) 671-8100, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and speak with a Customer Service Representative.
Making a payment online WILL NOT:
- Stop scheduled service disconnect due to non-payment
- Restore service disconnected due to non-payment
- Avoid late fees and other penalties when paying after the due date
