Lien and Outstanding Balance Research Request

Use the form below to request lien and outstanding balance research from the City of Daytona Beach. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing.

The research includes:

  • Utilities

  • Code violations

  • Miscellaneous receivables such as lot clearance, false alarms, and other outstanding balances

A $40 fee per parcel applies. Invoices are issued monthly following the charge.

Important:
Omitting the property owner’s name or any associated physical or additional parcel addresses will void the lien search request. Rush service is not available.

For open permit searches or fire code violations, please submit a public records request to the City Clerk’s Office.
