Daytona Nights, sponsored by Family Health Source, takes place Dec. 5 from 6 to 9 p.m. at the Cherry Cultural & Educational Center, 925 George W. Engram Blvd. The event is open to seniors 60 and older and will feature live music, photos, food and drinks, and a night of smooth moves and timeless tunes. Tickets are required and available at City Hall, 301 S. Ridgewood Ave. Participants must be Daytona Beach residents.
The event is hosted by Zone 2 City Commissioner Ken Strickland, Zone 3 City Commissioner Quanita May and Zone 6 City Commissioner Paula R. Reed in partnership with the Daytona Beach chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi and the Beta Delta Lambda chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc.
