Business Enterprise Management

The Business Enterprise Management Department is responsible for most of the city's business-type activities and proprietary funds. The department manages the following divisions and responsibilities:

• Daytona Beach Pier
• Daytona Beach Golf Club
• Fleet Maintenance
• Florida Tennis Center
• Halifax Harbor Marina
• Halifax Harbor Plaza 
• Jackie Robinson Baseball Park
• On-Street Parking Enforcement 
• Sale of city-owned non-redevelopment properties 

Goals

• Reduce operating expenses for all departments.
• Find new ways to generate revenue.
• Hire highly qualified personnel.
• Increase organizational productivity. 
• Use social media to keep customers informed.
